CONNECTICUT
RESIDENTIAL PURCHASE
Legal Fee: $750.00
Title Search Fee: $100 - $300
Courier Fee: $20.00
Title Insurance: Call our office (Based on purchase price and loan amount)
Closing Protection Letter: $25.00
Recording Fees: Calculated based on number of pages of Deed and Mortgage
There may be several other costs associated with your purchase including real estate taxes, a fuel adjustment, possible water and sewer adjustments, prepaid interest, escrow amounts and other bank fees. Call our office to find out more.
RESIDENTIAL REFINANCE
Legal Fee: $700.00
Title Search Fee: $100 - $300
Courier Fee: $20.00 per bank package and mortgage payoff
Title Insurance: Call our office (Based on purchase price and loan amount)
Closing Protection Letter: $25.00
Recording Fees: Calculated based on number of pages of Mortgage
Release Tracking: $90.00 per mortgage payoff

Release Tracking: $90.00 per mortgage payoff
Real Estate Commission: Usually 5% or 6% of the sale price
Conveyance Taxes: 3/4 of 1% of the sale price will go to the State of Connecticut
1/4 of 1% of the sale price will go to the Town/City
